Do not store them in air-tight containers as they need to breathe. Store them in their dust bag and stuff soft papers in them to absorb humidity and maintain its shape.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
Avoid contact with any liquid, highly recommended for all exotic skins.
Should they get wet, remove any residual water immediately & allow to dry naturally.
Dab them dry with a clean absorbent cloth or soft paper towel.
Avoid dark-coloured clothing, rough surfaces, sharp objects, etc.
Should they get dirty, please use a clean damp cloth to remove the dirt, wiping gently in the direction of the scales.
Special care should be taken to prevent scratching and marking.
For Local Singapore Orders:
For ready available stock, it takes 3 to 5 working days.
For bespoke orders, it depends on the complexity of the order and it ranges from 2 to 5 weeks
For Overseas Orders:
For ready available stock, it takes 7 to 10 working days.
For bespoke orders, it depends on the complexity of the order and it ranges from 2 to 6 weeks
